OT Assessment Packages (including EHCP Assessments): Priced between £500* and £800* including travel time of up to 1 hour from Ormskirk, West Lancashire.
*Pricing may be subject to additional travel costs e.g., mileage, tolls and travel time (depending on location).
Tribunal Assessment and Reports: Individually priced starting at £1200.
Treatment/Intervention: £100 per hour plus travel expenses.
Mileage: 45p per mile
Additional travel time: £12.50 per 15 minutes
Tolls: As per individual toll
